Reduced Bitterness
Brewer’s Yeast has naturally occurring protein and several B-Vitamins. It is produced by cultivation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on malted barley in the production of beer. After fermentation, the yeast is separated from the beer, roller dried and debittered.
