From 10 years of age, take 2 drops (400 I.U.) daily. For children between 4 and 9 years of age, 1 drop per day is recommended. From 1–4 years of age, 1 drop every 2 days is recommended.
Adults are recommended to take 4–5 drops per day.
NOTE: The use of vitamin K-containing food supplements should be discussed with a doctor if you are also taking anticoagulant medication. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
